For made-to-order pieces and alterations we also collect the body measurements and photos you choose to send us. We also collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device/browser type through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you across websites. We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil your order or request.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process orders and service requests, communicate with you about your order status, send marketing communications (only if you have opted in), improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Sharing Your Information
We share your data only with service providers who help us operate our business — including payment processors (Paystack), our website and database hosts (Vercel and Supabase), shipping carriers, and email delivery services. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Email Newsletter
We only add you to our newsletter if you tick the consent box when signing up. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing uniguise@gmail.com. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

We serve customers in Canada, Nigeria and elsewhere, so your information may be stored or processed outside your country, including on servers run by our service providers in Canada, the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected wherever it is held.
